Knockout City and Velan Studios want players to have a fun, safe experience in the game. In order to make sure that the game is fair for everyone to play, we occasionally have to issue sanctions to player accounts that violate our Code of Conduct.
If you violate the Code of Conduct, you may be issued either a temporary ban that will vary in length depending on the severity of your violation, or a permanent ban. If you would like more information on the reason you were issued a sanction, you can open a ticket with support.
