Some players are reporting that they are unable to migrate their accounts. Two Factor Authentication on your EA account may be blocking your migration from taking place. If you are using 2FA and attempting to migrate, but experiencing issues, please try the following:
- Go to your EA account Security settings (https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/security/index)
- Under Login Verification, temporarily turn Off the Login verification option
- Try logging in again via your platform using the same Epic ID
- Please let us know if that corrects the issue.
